Fr. Ray Sanchez

• Born in the Philippines of Spanish descent
• Moved to Australia in 1972 with his family, settling in Brisbane
• Completed high school at Marist Brothers, Rosalie
• Earned a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Queensland University
• Entered the Passionist Order, training for nine years
• Earned a B.Theol. with a double major in Scripture and Theology
• Ordained in the Passionist Congregation in 1992
• Served as Director of the Passionist Family Groups Movement in Victoria, Tasmania, and Queensland
• Conducted over 300 Parish Missions across Australia and New Zealand
• Worked in adult faith education, sacramental preparation, and chaplaincy
• Currently leads a young adult retreat team in Brisbane
• Chairs The Passionist Justice and Peace committee
• Serves on the International Passionist Solidarity committee

Sister Angela Sambusida

• Inspired by St Magdalene of Canossa's words, "Jesus is not loved because He is not known”
• Provided pastoral welfare for Italian, Timorese, and Portuguese migrants and refugees
• Worked in parish pastoral roles, including sacramental programs and catechesis
• Served Aboriginal communities
• Taught religious education in government and Catholic schools
• Supported the Antioch and Marriage Encounter movements
• Visited female inmates
• Recently worked with the St Vincent de Paul Society and in primary school education

Bobby Mathew

• Member of CFCA National Council and appointed as Director of Family Ministries
• Community member for 26 years, initially joined as a Singles for Christ (SFC)
• Met his wife, Faith, in the community and has two daughters: Kaitlyn (21) and Mia (18)

• Cluster Leaders in Victoria
• Born and raised in India, oldest of three siblings
• At a young age, was driven by a strong ambition for honour and power but later on found true peace and joy in St. Augustine's words: "We are made for you, Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in you."

Ella Mizzi

• Born in Malta, a tiny island in the Mediterranean where St. Paul was shipwrecked in 60AD (Acts 28). 
• An experienced counsellor, speaker, educator, and consultant, with a career in the field of mental health and wellbeing spanning 25 years. 
• Holds a Masters in Multicultural Counselling and a Bachelors in Education. 
• Passionate about integrating Catholic theology with psychology in her life's work and is looking forward to further studies and research in this field.
• Founder of "Insight Wellbeing", a mental health and wellbeing counselling practice and “St. Monica Wives and Mothers” a sisterhood for Christian wives and mums. 
• Has been part of the Youth Fellowship Cenacolo Community in Malta for over 20 years 
• Recently joined the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Brisbane Mission Team 
• Has held several positions both professionally and voluntary related to the Catholic faith, notably leading workshops, seminars & retreats, teaching & youth ministry. 
• A wife, a mother and above all, a lover of Jesus!

Archbishop Mark Coleridge

• Born in Melbourne on 25 September 1948
• Completed an Arts degree in English and French at Melbourne University
• Ordained a priest at St. Patrick's Cathedral, Melbourne on 18 May 1974
• Served as assistant priest in Melbourne and taught Scripture after studying in Rome and Jerusalem
• Worked in the Vatican Secretariat of State from 1997
• Ordained Auxiliary Bishop for Melbourne in 2002
• Appointed to the Pontifical Council for Culture and various liturgical committees
• Became Archbishop of Canberra and Goulburn in 2006
• Named Metropolitan Archbishop of Brisbane on 2 April 2012
• Oversees the province of Queensland
• Reflects that "Jesus often surprises, but he never disappoints."
